Fresh Shrimp and Black Bean Nachos
 
 
3/4 cup   cilantro, fresh chopped  
1/2 cup   red onion, diced  
2 Tbs   fresh limejuice  
1 Tbs   olive oil  
1 tsp   worcestershire sauce  
1/2 tsp   salt  
1/4 tsp   black pepper  
3/4 lb   medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, and chopped  
2 cups   tomatoes, seeded, diced  
1/2 cup   avocado, diced peeled  
1 cup   15 oz. black beans, drained  
1/2 tsp   ground cumin  
4 cups   baked tortilla chips  
 
Combine cilantro, onion, lime juice, oil, worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper and shrimp in a large bowl; toss well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add tomato and avocado; stirr well.
Place the beans and cumin in a food processor, and process 30 seconds or until smooth. Spread each chip with 1-teaspoon black-bean mixture. Top with 1-tablespoon shrimp salsa.
