Baked Sweet Potato Fries
 
 
4 small   sweet potatoes  
1 tbs   butter, melted  
1/4 tsp   salt  
1 dash   nutmeg  
 
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Spray a large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
Scrub potatoes and cut lengthwise into quarters, then cut each quarter into 2 wedges.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer in pan.
Combine butter, salt, and nutmeg.
Brush onto potatoes and coat evenly.
Bake in a 450 degree oven 20 minutes or until brown and tender.
